Returns & Exchanges Policy
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges only
within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused,
unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Exchanges can be made in-store
at any of our retail locations.
- To exchange an item in-store,
bring the product along with the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Exchanges are subject to item
availability at the store. If the item is unavailable, a store credit will
be provided.
- If you prefer to exchange by mail, please contact our customer support for instructions.
Refunds (For Damaged Items Only)
- We do not offer refunds
unless the product is damaged upon arrival.
- Every item is carefully inspected
before shipping, so damages are extremely rare.
- If you receive a damaged or

of receiving the order.
- To process a damage claim,
provide photos of the damaged item and your order details.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
Final Sale Items
- Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
